• Press the screen print transfer for 7-10 seconds at 325 degrees.
• Each heat press is different so you may need to go higher or lower heat.
• We suggest getting a heat measuring tool to identify your heat presses heat accuracy.
• The screen needs heavy pressure. 
• Remember to wash the garment inside out on cold.
• Avoid drying your garment or dry on low heat.
• Do not use bleach of fabric softener
• Do not iron the screen directly - iron inside out.
• Do not dry clean.
